Our dance studios are spacious, bright, and airy with character. Ideal for photo shoots, film shoots, casting, workshops, dance and theatre rehearsals.

Public Transport

The studios are well-situated, 5 minutes from Finsbury Park tube and train station – on the Victoria and Piccadilly lines. Directions are available here.

Parking

One car parking space per studio is available on request.

Payment

Payment is made in advance and payable to the London School of Capoeira via Bacs (bank transfer), after receiving an invoice.

STUDIO 1

Description:

  • Dimension: 18 x 6.5 metres floor space

  • Height: over 4 metres high

  • Floor: Harlequin Dance floor

  • Windows: 6

  • Mirrors

  • kitchen with sink, kettle, sockets and bin

STUDIO 1 FEES – 2026 (No VAT charge)

  • Hourly Rate: £60 per hour

  • 8-Hour Block Booking (e.g. 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm): £360 total

  • Additional Hours (added to a block booking): £45 per hour

Example: If you book a 10-hour day (8-hour block + 2 extra hours), the total cost would be: £360 (block) + £90 (2 x £45) = £450

Weekend Rates

  • Minimum Booking: 8 hours

  • Flat Rate for 8 Hours: £360

  • Additional Hours (beyond 8 hours): £45 per hour

Note: Weekend bookings cannot be made for fewer than 8 hours.

STUDIO 2

Description:

  • Dimension: 12 x 6.5 metres floor space

  • Height: over 4 metres high

  • Floor: Dance floor

  • Windows: 5

  • Mirrors

  • kitchen with sink, kettle, small fridge and bin

STUDIO 2 FEES – 2026 (No VAT charge)

  • Hourly Rate: £50 per hour

  • 8-Hour Block Booking (e.g. 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm): £300

  • Additional Hours (added to block booking): £40 per hour

    Example: If you book a 10-hour day (8-hour block + 2 extra hours), the total cost would be: £300 (block) + £80 (2 x £40) = £380

Weekend Rates

  • Minimum Booking: 8 hours

  • Flat Rate for 8 Hours: £300

  • Additional Hours (beyond 8 hours): £40 per hour

Note: Weekend bookings must be a minimum of 8 hours.
