Beginner Capoeira Course – Schedule
Class Dates — February
This course is normally delivered over 4 weeks (8 sessions)
Monday 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd, 7-8pm
Thursday 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th, 7-8pm
About the Course:
This course is designed for complete beginners who are new to Capoeira or to the London School of Capoeira. Over the duration of the course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Capoeira while improving your fitness and coordination, preparing you to move on to more advanced classes.
Class Details:
When: Mondays and Thursdays, 7:00–8:00 p.m.
Where: London School of Capoeira, unit 1-2 Leeds Place, London N4 3RF
Next Steps:
After completing the beginner course, you’ll be eligible to join our regular classes:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:00–9:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00–8:30 p.m.
What to Wear:
Please wear comfortable tracksuit trousers and a T-shirt. For safety reasons, shorts are not permitted.
